Our solid rolled-form one piece I-beam frames are heavier than the "welded" 3-piece I-beams used by many of our competitors. Tough & long lasting, our frames are carefully constructed to ensure your home last for decades to come.

We use full length steel outriggers that extend the full width of your home giving your home added stability and support.

Our detachable hitches come standard on every home. in doing this it gives your home a more residential look with easy re-attachment if you ever need to move your home.

Vinyl plank tile with woodgrain finished look. These commercial grade vinyl planks look and feel like real wood. We lay them by hand and unlike sheet vinyl, we glue them down. Tough and long-lasting for the life of the home and can be individually replaced. 

Vinyl-covered sheetrock walls are one of legacy's biggest advantages. Our walls are durable, washable, and stain resistant.

Our homes are the tallest in the industry. While our competition uses 8 foot flat ceilings. We use higher, residential vaulted ceilings throughout the home. No flat ceilings with legacy! We offer large interior vaults to maximize your interior space and make life better.
